the lady cashier on duty at night was extremely rude. Her atttidue was horrible. When we asked for a spoon for our dessert she said rudely, there was none, with her very stuck-up face. the lady cashier on duty at night was extremely rude. Her atttidue was horrible. When we asked for a spoon for our dessert she said rudely, there was none, with her very stuck-up face. Other customers also faced the same issue. When we were about to leave, our car was blocked by another customer's car, when we asked for her to announce, she claimed she does not understand Mandarin but only English in a very rude way. After I have spoken to her in English, she replied that it was none of her concern that the car was not parked at her premise. After some heated argument, reluctantly, she asked her fellow collegue to make an announcement.
