Tong Pak Fu is a restaurant that is selling a wide variety of desserts. There are many branches and this one is located at 37D, Jalan Cantonment, Pulau Tikus, George Town.Coffee snow iceThe coffe snow ice is very soft. They will melt right away when you placed them into your mouth. Some bananas, red beans and magic ball are served along too. The price is reasonable.

This milk ice floss was way better than the other one I reviewed earlier. This is due to I added some red beans this time and with different toppings which make it taste better.

The mango sago is actually serve in chill condition and comes with pomelo and mango ice cream as well. However, I did not even see a sight of the pomelo in my bowl of desert. As for the mango ice cream, the scoop given is too little but the aroma of the ice cream is very strong. The sweetness level is very average and nothing actually really stand out to me in this desert.I would say that it is more to an unworthy desert for the price I had to paid. Tong Pak Fu also serves black glutinous rice which costs RM 5.80 excluded tax per bowl. Portion of the serving is rather towards the smaller portion. The black glutinous rice is serves with the black sesame cream and coconut milk as well. I find that the whole bowl is very thick but still the texture remains smooth which is appropriate to my liking. The black sesame cream is very smooth and aromatic as well. All in all, a very good desert to try on and the price is quite reasonable to me.

The Mango Snow Ice by Tong Pak Fu is actually a very good desert to all mango lovers as well. The mango flavor snow ice is very soft and smooth. Yet, the flavor of the mango is still stay strong and nice. There are also the popping jelly and honeydew melon in small round sizes. However, I actually think that the sweetness of this mango snow ice should be reduce a little bit asit too over the top sweetness. And as usual, the price is towards the pricey side.

This is definitely a must try for every durian lovers. The durian flavor of the snow ice is very strong and yet, the smell is still acceptable and pleasant for a not very durian hardcore fans – like me. There are corn flakes on top of the snow ice and nata de coco and black pearl as well to accompany with this particular desert.
