这个芝士烤生蚝虽然份量很好，可是每一个都是有很浓郁芝味道。咬下去除了有很香的芝士味道在口里围绕，还有生蚝的味道很鲜甜，和芝士很搭配。不过如果生蚝更嫩一点更好

这个凉拌finger lady吃起来很开胃。finger lady都是那种很恁很翠绿的，一点也没有渣。凉拌的酱汁还有一点辣辣的味道。里面还有很多芝麻，所以里面吃起来除了有辣味，还有很香的芝麻味道。

很不喜欢吃到jusco里面的手卷。因为都是事先卷好，紫菜都不脆了。这里的因为都是师傅现卷的关系，所以紫菜非常的脆，里面除了新鲜的三文鱼，还有蔬菜，所以整个吃起来很新鲜香脆

来到日本餐厅朋友终会点上一碗蒜米饭。这个蒜米饭里面的蒜米味道不会太呛鼻，都是那种很温顺的蒜米香味。所以吃起来只有淡淡的蒜米味，并不会盖过生鱼片的鲜味。这个我觉得是可以接受的

这个三文鱼真的是快让我融化了。这个三文鱼组合是由三文鱼几个不同部位组合而成的。不过对我来说，每一片的鱼肉都很饱满，又很新鲜没有腥味。无论是什么部位，它的油脂都是丰富。
