根据Sushi Zanmai网页显示，在吉隆坡、雪兰莪、槟城和柔佛等州属设有20多间连锁分店的Sunshi Zanmai，为SuperSushi Sdn Bhd所有。SuperSushi Sdn Bhd在2007年开了第一家餐厅后，之后就开始逐步稳健地成长着。它在马来西亚是领先高品质餐厅的公司，并专精于日本料理。炸三文鱼腩寿司。味道吃起来可以，可脆度不够。海老丼，主要是以炸虾、蛋和饭给焖在一起的丼。明太子三昧寿司，主要是以三文鱼、虾、扇贝和鱿鱼触手等组合而成，蛮不错吃的一道。以烤鳗鱼、蛋和饭焖一块儿的鳗玉丼。以Kimuchi为汤底的日本海鲜火锅。汤头味道有较温和，可酸度不够，海鲜料包括虾、鱼肉、扇贝、Sotong、高丽菜和菇类等。以Soy-based为汤底的日本海鲜火锅。两锅的海鲜料皆大同小异。这锅的汤底颜色较为单调失色，可味道喝起来较不错，个人比较喜欢。
