Koay Teow Th'ng is a famous kuay teow soup noodle dish in Penang and it is a must try when you come across this place! their soup is super flavourful unlike most kuay teow soup and noodles are absolutely smooth that it just glides in your mouth. it comes in eel balls and pork meat.  The pork is not rubbery at all which is great.

When in Penang, eat like the locals and I must reckon that their specialties were worthy of every bite and calorie. As the name of the restaurant says, kuey teow th'ng, which means kuey teow soup. The koay teow was served in clear broth with various ingredients, notably the large eel fish balls. These fish balls are handmade daily to maintain freshness and I loved the springy texture of the fish balls. The warm soup tasted really sweet and addictive. By the time I was done with my meal, the bowl was wiped clean, not even a single drop of soup left back!

I ordered a bowl of Eel Fish Balls Koay Teow Th'ng. There is also a dry version of this dish but I did not have the chance to try it this round.I personally give a commendable endorsement of this place. The koay teow soup is just too good especially with the eel fish balls. Meanwhile, the price is very affordable despite its popularity over the years.
