烧卖来到这里真的算是不错的。里面的猪肉非常的饱满，里面吃起来都是满口的猪肉香味，肥肉和瘦肉的比例刚好，所以吃起来的口感很棒，猪肉也腌制到很刚好，所以并没有强调猪肉的味道

这个叉烧包的外皮很柔软，吃下去非常的松软，里面的叉烧馅料很好吃，叉烧很软，味道很香，叉烧肥瘦很适中，咸度也刚好，配上柔软的外皮，再喝上一口茶，整个感觉非常搭配，很好吃

这个绿豆蓉角仔外皮的口感很有嚼劲，咬起来非常的好咬，上面的芝麻香，吃起来整个都是芝麻的香味，里面的馅料味道甜度刚刚好，所以吃起来整个味道适中，不过里面的色素好像有点不天然

这里的虾饺还算不上是晶莹剔透，里面的虾子很脆但不算新鲜，也算不上很鲜甜。其实虾饺也没有什么特别，因为就只有虾子在里面。不过比起别一家点心的虾饺还算是体积比较大的了。

这个煎萝卜糕吃起来味道还不错，不过有点太过软的感觉。吃起来口感好像有点太软了，所以一吃进嘴巴里面好像就很容易化开，幸好是经过稍微煎过，所以表层就好想多了一种脆脆的表皮，吃起来不错

The scrimp inside the har gao is fresh! You can feel the crunchiness of the scrimp when you eat it. It have one scrimp for a har gao and you can feel they are some juice come out from the har gao when you eat it. For the skin it is a bit like transparency and you can see the scrimp through the dim sum. The skin is smooth and fluffy also. The whole dim sum won't feel oily so overall the taste is great!

偶尔我会想要吃点心，吃个包。那一天去了槟城找朋友，朋友带着我们去美食之家茶餐，说这家的点心很便宜。看到每一桌都有点粥，我就点了个鸡粥。粥绵绵很好吃，味道也很浓。我想他们一定很用心煲这粥。极力推荐！！ 还有真的很便宜！！

In the past, I used to have my breakfast (dim sum) in the town and one day I passed by Ayer Itam and found this shop. Decided to try out the dim sum over there and it sticks me for my weekend breakfast there. What attracted me? The fried shrimp is very nice and also the chicken porridge. The price is very reasonable as well, as compared with the dim sum restaurant in the town. Look at my photo, it costs around RM15 and they worth it. Have a try!

The porridge is cooked with several ingredients. There are chicken, "pi tan" and some vegetables. The mixture of all of this and i believe that they do boil it with slow fire and those it taste steam well and you can really feel the taste of the mixture of chicken in the porridge. My boyfriend like it a lot. There are a number of favourites ranging from century egg porridge, steamed baos, braised chicken feet, fried yam cakes, fish balls, yong tau fu, the list is endless!The plain and normal fish ball become usual when being deep fried with almond nuts. It is crispy from outside and soft fillings. The equal golden color of each balls really tempting. Dipped the fried ball with your favorite chili sauce.

There were quite a number of different dim sums to choose from ranging from the ones that are fried, steamed and soupy foods.Char Siew Bao (叉烧包) or barbecued pork bun is the must try dish at Maxim Dim Sum Restaurant. It was yummy and awesome especially while it was served hot. The taste wasn't too sweet or too greasy, the lean pork meat with minimal lard of its lavishing filling was chunky and fresh. The bun was so soft like baby skin too. I love it.

No one can resist this crispy appetizer or dim sum with the juicy shrimps and minced meat wrapped with the crispy wonton wrappers. The wontons are being deep-fried in batches until golden brown giving it a crispy texture. This dim sum is very tempting with the equal brown color of each fried prawn wontons. Dipped with mayonnaise or sweet chilli sauce if desired for a sweet sour taste, or a spicy taste.

Shu Mai (Prawn Dumplings) is possibly the most requested dim sum standard by most customers that having Dim Sum. It comes in the reliable crinkly yellow wonton wrappers snugly encasing the pork-dominant filling. Wrapping is not so complex. But the most hard is the ingredients to ensure the Shu Mai is sweet, juicy and meaty with soft steamed wonton wrappers. Here it was all that and more! The dumplings came in small size so that we could finish with one bite.
