The scrimp inside the har gao is fresh! You can feel the crunchiness of the scrimp when you eat it. It have one scrimp for a har gao and you can feel they are some juice come out from the har gao when you eat it. For the skin it is a bit like transparency and you can see the scrimp through the dim sum. The skin is smooth and fluffy also. The whole dim sum won't feel oily so overall the taste is great! continue reading

In the past, I used to have my breakfast (dim sum) in the town and one day I passed by Ayer Itam and found this shop. Decided to try out the dim sum over there and it sticks me for my weekend breakfast there. What attracted me? The fried shrimp is very nice and also the chicken porridge. The price is very reasonable as well, as compared with the dim sum restaurant in the town. Look at my photo, it costs around RM15 and they worth it. Have a try! continue reading

The porridge is cooked with several ingredients. There are chicken, "pi tan" and some vegetables. The mixture of all of this and i believe that they do boil it with slow fire and those it taste steam well and you can really feel the taste of the mixture of chicken in the porridge. My boyfriend like it a lot. For myself, it is nice but it is a lil bit salty, and I am not sure whether they added too much MSG which cause me to feel so thirsty after the meal.The restaurant is very crowded but they do have big space to accommodate their customers. This cuisine is worth to try, it is nice. continue reading
