Since it was already close to lunch hour and I haven't had my breakfast yet, I had decided to stop by Macallum for their food.Upon looking through the menu, I knew I had to have their Turkey Bacon bagel.The bagel was crispy in texture on the outside while chewy on the inside.  Since it was already close to lunch hour and I haven't had my breakfast yet, I had decided to stop by Macallum for their food.

Upon looking through the menu, I knew I had to have their Turkey Bacon bagel.

The bagel was crispy in texture on the outside while chewy on the inside. The turkey bacon came along with a light smear of cream cheese and it is sandwiched between the crusted bagel.

To complete the meal, it comes together with a side salad of julienned purple cabbage, rockets and halved cherry tomatoes. For those who are picky on the amount of dressing over their salad, fret not, as they placed the balsamic dressing in another ceramic vessel. 

It was no doubt a complete meal to my Saturday.

 Macallum Connoisseurs is a huge place, it is even possible to have a mini concert in here. We feel this is the largest cafe available here in Penang Island. There is a lot of seating place and it is comfortable to dine here because though the place is huge but it is not hot even if it is a hot sunny day out side. So the place is awesome now lets see what is on the menu.

 Classic Grilled Chicken RM 20.00

The Classic Grilled Chicken does not taste bad but it is a little bit dry and the taste of the Macallum's Herb is only at the outer layer of the chicken, it taste a bit plain as we bite into it.

 Banana Kiwi Smoothies RM 13.00

Drinks is yummy too, the banana taste in the smoothie is not too strong making it mix well with the kiwi, we can actually taste both the banana and kiwi together without one covering the taste of another, which in short, they both mix well .. hehe !
