为什么我特别喜欢来古楼鸭？我觉得这里的烧鸭不会烧得太干，嫩度适中，越吃越喜欢。最特别的是古楼鸭饭配搭的酱汁独一无二的酱汁，他的酱汁并不是浓浓的卤汁，而是由酱油为主来调出来，相信还有加了其他的配料。该酱汁可以分成辣和无辣。辣的话就是加了小辣椒，小辣椒的辣味在酱汁里，让爱吃辣的我，越吃越过瘾！ continue reading
