晚餐的时候不想吃饭，来到这个koipitiam有许多档口。看中了这个炒粉的。有许多选择，有福建面，炒面等。我选择了炒福建面。福建面蛮大个。差点吃不完。味道不错可是放多了黑酱油，所以看起来很黑。

This is one of the most famous cuisine in Penang. The shop is just in the same row with Sunway Hotel.This is called Fish head bee hoon, unlike the usual Fish head Bee Hoon which serves in soup, the way it looks is just like a plate of normal char bee hoonl However there is actually fried fish meat beneath the bee hoon, which they are crisply fried. The char bee hoon is not that oily but it’s still tasty.The shop is just like a normal one, not a fancy one. Usually the restaurant is crowded with people with blank tables, and they are actually waiting for this special cuisine. So If you want to enjoy this food, you should have to be a little patient.
