Service was unexpectedly fast. Decided to detour here after getting tau sa peah from Ghee Hiang. went for the non-spicy version of the char kuay teow and it came within 10 mins after ordering. and super suprised to see chinese sausages in it! Prawns were big, fresh and juicy. Love that it was fragrant and not the typical black CKT you always get in KL.  continue reading

Kafe Heng Huat serves a variety of food which includes oyster omelette, fried kuew teow, popiah, and curry mee. Oyster OmeletteOyster omelette (o-chien) is one of my favourite. The omelette has a very strong egg flavour and it has a crispy texture at the side. The oyster is not that big but it is very juicy, sweet and most importantly fresh. It is best eaten with the chilli sauce which gives some soury taste to it. continue reading

Can see from the photo, the Char Kuey Teow is the normal one compare with others, but It's expensive compare with others stalls Char Kuey Teow. It cost RM8 per plate with 3 big prawns with hot spicy. The taste quite not bad and try their 'O Jian' too, it's nice, but the restaurant just too hot in the afternoon, big sun and need more water. One more thing is the parking problem, make sure u found a parking and do not park a wrong way to block people car. continue reading
