I like tau sar pheah alot and always seek to find some quality tau sar pheah. It's also known as Tambun biscuit. So my colleagues went to Penang for training and I asked for their help to get a box back(RM8.50), from any shop. They brought back a box from Hock Lok Siew. I've never heard of them. Each one of them are bigger than regular size. At first bite, the crust was thin and soft. I can almost smell the freshness of it. The green bean filling was compact and sweet. It's sweeter than normal. It taste salty at first and gradually become sweeter and sweeter. Overall, it's a fantastic experience and it's comparable if not better than Ghee Hiang.
