Edo Ichi Sushi 江户一 is a Japanese restaurant serving great and tasty Japanese cuisine in Penang. It is located in Island Plaza, No 118, Jalan Tanjong Tokong, Tanjung Tokong. Fresh seafood sashimi platterFresh sashimi is one of my all-time favourite dish. This restaurant sources fresh and high quality seafood for this sashimi. The salmon and tuna are very sweet. I like to eat sashimi with Japanese light soy sauce and wasabi.
