This is not your typical plate of spaghetti bolognaise and it definitely doesn't taste like one either.It is made of minced meat with fried / scramble egg cook with the spaghetti sauce and serves hot on the thin (angel hair) spaghetti. It is very dull in color and rather dry when chill. It taste weird and the spaghetti is over cook in my opinion.
