📍China House三年前去過一次檳城🇲🇾，結果呢幾年一直都對一件回憶中嘅cake念念不忘🥹呢一間酒吧咖啡店好特別，佢其中一邊係酒吧另一邊係咖啡店，一次過滿足晒你兩個願望💭🍰Tiramisu with alcohol (RM22 ~hkd44)呢款同傳統嘅tiramisu唔同，佢係比較似海綿蛋糕個種，而口感上會好似carrot cake有啲顆粒感，蛋糕表面嘅cream唔太甜反而係嚟自walnut 碎同糖漿，而蛋糕體中和左呢一陣甜味，令到你食個陣唔會覺得死甜🍬☕️Walnut expresso cake (RM16 ~hkd32)今次嚟到冇理由淨係食一個就走，就試左呢個。比起Tiramisu佢就有啲失色，佢係合桃好食，蛋糕體出色，但係夾埋冇化學作用嘅蛋糕🤣大家可以嘅話一定要叫tiramisu with alcohol，比起without alcohol會好食好多🍷同埋有時間就去埋另一邊聽下live band啦🎶📍 153, Beach St, Georgetown, 10300 George Town, Penang, Malaysia⏰09:30-01:00

one of those few places in penang which has a wide variety of cakes to choose from and we had the chocolate nutella pave which was super moist and rich in dark chocolate flavours.  we also tasted abit of seasalt in it too which lends abit of saltiness and balance out the sweetness of the cake. 

A visit to Chinahouse is incomplete without a serving of those decadent looking desserts and amongst all the cakes on display, I decided to go for the nutella pave cake.Pavê is a Brazilian dessert that resembles a tiramisu, but oh so much better! I went for dinner at China House recently. Kind of disappointed that the variety and quality of food were not as good as before. However, the service was indeed still as good except for wifi was very weak and as good as none at certain spots or areas. I guess the owner has change the direction to attract foreigners and younger group of customers as its indeed a good place for foreigners in term of its deco, layout, atmosphere and taste and selection of food. Greatest cakes with multiple choices in here!! I love their Tiramisu and Carrot cake! Good environment, sometimes with the Jazzband but you gotta purchased a ticket before enter their canteen~ By the way, their washroom are so dirty~!! Please take care of your washroom too since you got lots of customers to coming in. 

Plenty of cakes to choose from! Lots of chocolate cake variety to make sure that you can come to try new cakes everytime you come here. It's sweet and some times, a sourish spike will hit your toungue. This is definitely a dessert for dark chocolate lovers. It is a good finishing dessert and best served with a cup of coffee or English tea to balance the richness of the chocolate cake.
