📍焜吧生肉骨茶我最鍾意嘅馬來西亞菜式就係肉骨茶,平時係香港見到啡色嘅肉骨茶就係巴生肉骨茶,一飲會飲到陣藥材味🥄🥘Dry Bah Kut Teh 乾肉骨茶 (RM18 ~hkd36)乾肉骨茶🥘就係將煮好嘅肉骨茶湯加啲豉油蠔油炒一炒再收乾啲湯。第一次食乾肉骨茶,味道好似再濃味啲嘅肉骨茶,比我嘅感覺有啲似香港嘅啫啫煲,配飯一流🤤🍲Bah Kut Teh 肉骨茶湯 (RM17 ~hkd34)肉骨茶湯係我最鍾意食,不過係香港點都食唔返馬來西亞嘅味道👅呢間嘅肉骨茶飲落去偏重藥材味,唔會太死咸好夠味,最正就係佢係無限refill湯,我同朋友結果飲左成三四碗湯🤣🥬油菜 (RM10 ~hkd20)呢個我好想特別拎出嚟講吓,原來係當地叫碟油菜配嘅唔係蠔油,而係肉鬆🤣食落講真有少少唔習慣,不過原來其實都幾好食😝📍 320, Jln Perak, Jelutong, 11600 George Town, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia⏰11:00-22:00, Fri closed continue reading

据Malaysiabest报导,大路后的焜吧生肉骨茶是由阿焜先生(本名Lee Soon Yiau)创办,目前和妻子一同持有并经营着这间肉骨茶专卖店。据悉阿焜年轻时期曾在吧生获他的师傅传授过肉骨茶的烹饪秘笈,因而造就了今天焜吧生肉骨茶的诞生。就在2011年,阿焜一开始是从小摊档做起的。拜大众良好的反应回响所赐,焜吧生肉骨茶终于在2013年升级为肉骨茶专卖店。阿焜的吧生肉骨茶可分为肉骨茶汤和干两种,另有油条、油菜、猪脚醋、三味豆干和东炎等。点了个二人份不要放内脏的肉骨茶。里面放的是三层肉、猪肉、金针菇、整菇、肉丸、腐竹和豆干等。汤色泽偏向浅褐,坦白说个人并不觉得汤底特别香浓好喝。价钱方面也觉得比市面上的贵了一些,可煲里的料尤其是猪肉却下得很多。此外,女服务员有免费帮忙加汤一次。炸油条和芋饭。芋饭吃起来味道也觉普通,并没有特别香或好吃。目前尚未在槟岛吃过好吃的芋饭。桌上的蒜头末、红辣椒末和指天椒末提供得相当慷慨,还附上黑油膏酱和酱油。焜吧生肉骨茶 (Khoon Klang Bak Kut Teh)营业时间 : 11am - 10.30pm地址 :No.3201, Perak Road, 11600 Jelutong, Penang.电话 :016-482 1359 continue reading
