All right! Moon Cake Festival is near the corner.I was waiting for my 'gong zai' moon cake every year! I found a homemade 'gong zai' moon cake which near my office. This shop was a bakery shop that selling their fresh baked bread, and my colleague falling in love with their 'cheese in cheese out' ~ XDLet's back to the topic, their 'gong zai' moon cake got few flavors. Example: red bean, sambal prawns, coconut, plain... Last Tuesday, I bought the red bean, it surprising me. The skin not too thick and the stuffing just fit well~ Today I bought 4 flavors, red bean, coconut, sambal prawns and green bean. Seriously, the outlook looks simple if compared with the branded moon cake. But the 'inner' is not simple at all!
