Ding Cha 六鼎记 is located at Seremban2 and just opened not long ago. The used Chinese traditional concept for the interior design. All the tables and chairs are made from wood. It divided into 2 sections, which is beverage and food section. It offers varieties of Chinese cuisines from porridge, noodles, rice to all sorts of dim sums. It divided into 2 sections, which is beverage and food section. It offers varieties of Chinese cuisines from porridge, noodles, rice to all sorts of dim sums. But I am attracted to their beverage as the drinks' name are using character from Chinese famous novel, 鹿鼎记. We have ordered 平西王 which is an Apple Juice, 小春子 which is a Passion Fruit Juice and Siow Po Coffee 小宝咖啡. The juices are just normal, but the coffee is very "kaw", aromatic and nice. There are plenty choice of other coffee as well, for example 吴三桂咖啡, 康熙咖啡, 进南咖啡 and 熬拜咖啡. To be honest, I don't the different of these coffee. Definitely will come here again during my next trip to Seremban.
