甲必丹咖喱鸡是马六甲道地娘惹美食这一，我觉得是由咖喱鸡和黄姜鸡演变而成的。味道挺相似的，但是绝对不是啦。是由马来盞，石古仔，南姜，和小蔥頭。鸡肉块吃起来的味道带少少酸，也蛮辣的噢。我简直忍不住吃了一块又接一块，美味可口。 continue reading
