港式沙嗲湯底平時試得多，用馬來沙嗲“醬“做鍋底打邊爐就是人生第一次！甜甜的味道，感覺好像瑞士火鍋一樣，只是朱古力轉成沙嗲醬，最好吃就是油條、麵包、豬皮和腐竹，能夠完全吸收沙嗲醬的精華！其他東西還不錯, 魚蛋還是十分彈牙可口, 豬肉串加上沙嗲醬亦變得惹味可口至於飲品, 誠意推薦酸桔汁, 十分解渴~!最重要還是價錢，叫了這麼多食物再加兩杯飲品才27馬幣，折合還不夠60港幣！

说到马六甲美食又怎么少得了沙爹朱律 Satay celup？这个改良自传统火锅的 satay celup，就是用了沙爹酱作为汤底，然后把肉串放入烫熟，让肉串沾满浓浓沙爹酱。虽然很多人因为卫生问题而对 satay celup 却步，但是马六甲几家有名的 satay celup 食店还是每晚大排长龙，周末的时候要等上一个小时更是普通的现象。就我个人口味而言，我比较喜欢 Capitol 的 satay celup。星期五的晚上，人龙也不见得短，我们等了大约 30 分钟才可以入座。在等待店员把桌子清理好的同时，我们先到摆放食物串的橱柜去挑选想吃的食材。之后店员带来了一大锅沙爹酱，加入沙爹香料和花生米，搅拌之后就是一锅香喷喷的沙爹酱啦！这里的食材还算新鲜，因为人流多，所以食物也销得比较快吧！每串 RM1.10不过比起几年前，我觉得食物的份量少了很多，每一串都小得可怜。而且选择不太多，来来去去都是鱼丸肉丸之类的。一些比较高档的海鲜如大虾、干贝等等都放在另一个冰柜里保持新鲜度，价格也比普通的食材高许多。这里其中一个很受欢迎的就是蕹菜卷，烫熟后的蕹菜卷吸满沙爹酱汁，很够味！除了需要汆烫的食材，这里还有

這間satey celup 店時常尤其是週末，公共假期，假日，可以看到人群在路旁大排長龍。他只有一間店鋪，裡面應該只有十張桌子，供不應求。這裡的satey醬料看起來比較衛生，因為人一到他們會端出另一個鍋出來。野糖和花生重新加入。我餓了。

如果说是马六甲第一间沙爹朱律店，就是Capitol老字号。这家的浆料很浓，花生很多，所以更香。老实说，这沙爹朱律的确很好吃，但店面就是太小，所以每次到这里用餐的旅客都需大排长龙。这里，还有突然的 Happy hour 哦！就是说，老板会送出几支的海鲜串送给食客。是免费的。

Been listening how great was the Satay Celup in Melacca recently so it was in my list of food to eat when I made my 1 day trip there. Arrive there around 6pm and was feeling amazing from the stretch of lines waiting. Looking good and the people who waited there seems to be mostly youngsters and listening from their accent seems to be from KL as well. So we waited around 45 mins there and finally there is a table for us. After clearing the table they bring us a pot that actually look like above.

不知道為甚麼，他們的大蝦和大sotong都是在客人差不多吃完的時候才另外送上。可能是數量有限的關係吧。他們的大蝦和大sotong是價錢比較貴的，可是卻非常的新鮮，肥美。燙熟馬上吃非常鮮美。

每次到佳必多都要排隊排非常長時間。可是他們的咖哩汁卻非常的好吃，是值得排隊的。新的客人來到，他們就會換上一鍋新的咖哩汁，然後再撒上香香的花生碎。非常香濃的漿汁沾著新鮮的火鍋料，贊！

來這裡吃Satay，店員一定會問我們要不要點麵包，這裡的麵包是要來沾他們店裡特製的咖哩汁的。他們的麵包是厚切的，一小方格一小方格的樣子，麵包吃起來非常的鬆軟，沾著咖哩汁吃非常美味。

我个人非常喜欢这里的食才，因为是吃多少，算多少的，所以我们才不会浪费食物。这里的价格都是统一的，只是区区的９毛钱一串。这里有肉类，蔬菜，海鲜，蛋，鱼丸等等。我特别喜欢他们的虾，非常的新鲜。先把沙爹酱和花生混合在一起在放入食物过一会就可以吃了。

来到马六甲这里吃沙爹火锅是一定要的，不然就枉为此行了。来这里吃沙爹火锅最重要就是要早来，不然就要在外面排长龙了。因为店铺很小，有十多张桌子罢了。所谓的沙爹火锅就是把海鲜，蔬菜等食材弄成一串串，然后放进沙爹酱料锅里灌熟了，然后就可以吃。
