My love of pan mee has never fallen apart. Once I was on study leave, I would surely have pan mee for lunch (default choice ). This dried pan mee was very good. The thing I love most was the gracious pile of ikan bilis, which was salty enough to complement the pan mee tossed in black soy sauce and oil. The fungus in turn contributed to the natural sweetness to the noodles. Another important element, the minced pork, was not served. They gave me pork meat instead in the soup ;(Good thing was they
