My love of pan mee has never fallen apart. Once I was on study leave, I would surely have pan mee for lunch (default choice ). This dried pan mee was very good. The thing I love most was the gracious pile of ikan bilis, which was salty enough to complement the pan mee tossed in black soy sauce and oil. Good thing was they gave me lots of potato leaves that lessen the guilt of not having vegetable over lunch. The soup was flavourful, just how I like it.
