Yong Tau Fu in brown sauce. After choosing the various yong tau fu from the counter, the staff will boil the yong tau fu and it is self-service to pour the brown sauce. The brown sauce was kept warm in a pot. This brown sauce was slightly watery, not the thick version. It gave the yong tau fu some sweetness to it. I also added some sambal to add some spiciness to the yong tau fu.
