I saw the yam cake was offered in the menu and did not hesitate to order it. I think it is hard to find a good yam cake these days. The yam cake was nicely presented on a plate that has a chocolate snoopy drawn on the plate. I do appreciate the effort of the person making this art. The yam cake was definitely using the fresh yam instead of those yam creams with artificial flavors. However, I find the cake to be dry. I was expecting to have a moist cake. I can really taste the top part of the cak
