There is meat and soup filled inside the dumpling, steamed and served in hot. It come with the sauce of black vinegar with ginger slides. The skin of the dumpling is very thin and the meat is fresh. i like the most when i bite the soup come to my mouth, it is very nice! MUST TRY!
