As a healthy sideline, this restaurant offers wok fried Kailan as well. For some reason, it took quite some time to arrive, long after the noodles have arrived. It was nicely arranged when it was served, which is very appealing. The vegetables are given a generous dash of deep fried onions and deep fried garlic. It is also given some soy sauce to mix with.
