Thin strands of egg noodles was springy, no presence of unpleasant alkaline taste in the egg noodles; tossed prettily in soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sesame oil. The ratio of meat was more than the fats but the juiciness was not there. I am thinking that it might be the marinade's issue.
Overall, this was very average.
