The french toast at Nutmeg is really good. Soft, fluffy, and warm. This is the chocolate-banana variety - one of the few options available here. It was difficult to select one because all sounded so good.Anyway, the chocolate sauce was very good, but I found that there should be at least double the amount of banana, and it should be toasted to caramelize and soften a little at least - this was just placed atop the toast, halved and raw.Taste? Good. Value for money? Not quite.
