The filling is adequately flavoured with natural ingredients like sengkuang, carrot and lots of julienned ginger! Never did I taste before so much ginger in a bite, but I suppose I still could handle it pretty well, hehe. The outside skin is actually very smooth and silky, that leads me into thinking that this might be the roll of chee cheong fun that use to wrap the ingredients, albeit slightly thicker. Oh ya, do remember to pair it with the sweet dark sauce when eating it for better flavor enhancement
