Vegetarian roast duck. I took a piece of vegetarian roast duck ("zhai siu ngor"). When I bite it, the texture was so hard. So I chose the lighter color parts to bite off, not too easily but it can be bitten off. The texture was chewy and not crispy at all. The darker part I faced much difficulties to bite it off. Although the taste was not too salty, but the texture was a no-no for me.
