There are two types of loh mee that you can find in Malaysia. One is the one from penangwith very thick gravy, another is from ulu yam with thick noodle and soup. Each version has its unique taste. This ulu yam loh mee here does looked like ulu yam loh mee but the actual taste, I would say just 40 percent similar to it. The taste is not that strong enough. I need to add in lots of vinegar into it, only taste better. The noodle is the thick version noodle. But somehow I still find that this noodl
