The tuna sashimi salmon was a little disappointing. Compared to the tuna sasahimi itself, i think the chef sliced the tuna too thin. Therefore, i'm not getting the best taste of the tuna. The reddish tuna was fresh and it was tied firmly by the seaweed onto the sushi rice. If the tuna is thicker cut, i think i would grab a few more pieces. The sushi rice tasted the same from all other assortment of sushi.
