Crispy croutons, smoked salmon and sliced egg sit neatly on the layers of fresh vegetables with sprinkles of parmesan cheese. It is simple yet delicious! It is crunchy, sweet, salty and sourish. Simply delicious.
Tomato Rice with Chicken @ RM12.80The Hong Kong version of cheese baked rice is available here as well. But something special here is the aromatic tomato rice which reflects the traditional local cuisine. Cheese and tomato go pretty well here, at least I'm a satisfied diner. Not so salty for me, yummy!
