I seldom eat porridge. If I were to eat porridge, then I prefer the teochew style porridge because I able to eat the rice. But then that theory doesn't apply in this porridge stall. Their cantonese porridge style makes the porridge here very filling. And then the porridge is very smooth. Basically you can don't need to chew and just swallow the porridge will do.
