Usually I wouldn't bother to enter a halal chicken rice shop if it is not in the mall. The reason why i was here because my foodie boyfriend said it is very good. I vouched that. Even most Chinese chicken rice stalls fail in delivering decent steamed chicken. Such tenderness was almost beyond me, partly because I have not eaten such a yummy chicken breast! Even most Chinese chicken rice stalls fail in delivering decent steamed chicken. Such tenderness was almost beyond me, partly because I have not eaten such a yummy chicken breast! The soy sauce was so flavorful that a slight dip would do.
The chicken rice tasted very decent too. The fluffiness of the rice was a plus point. Moreover, it was not too sinfully oily and very fragrant. Perhaps I should add rice?Post
