This one here is a must try. Looking at the beautiful baby oyster is enough to make my saliva dropping. I love the baby oyster, they were fresh. The freshness of the baby oysters also meant that they were sweet and juicy. Although they were baby oyster, they were very succulent. The sushi rice was firm and lightly seasoned with vinegar and sugar. The seaweed hold on the baby oyster tightly on the sushi rice.
