I like the way they serve the chicken here; not in tiny chopped-up pieces, but in proper portions. I asked for a breast, and I get a whole breast. The sauce is super fragrant and pleasantly salty with rich soy flavour. The rice is so fragrant, you can smell it strongly when passing by the shop. I find it goes best with their signature garlic sauce and chilli sauce (which is available at the table for your own abundant self-service). I wallop the sauces without holding back, ensuring my mouth is constantly ignited by the pervasive intensity of garlic, chilli and vinegar. As a side order, I'd sometimes order the fried bean sprouts (with salted fish), though it's not exactly what I'd expect from chicken rice, but it's nice - salty from the salted fish, thick bean sprouts, and served hot.
