Sugar Cane prawns. As for the appetizer, we ordered the sugar cane prawns. The prawns paste was wrapped around a piece of sugar cane. We though the prawn paste has some taste of sugar cane but the sugar cane was negligible, we can’t taste it at all. The prawn paste was very oily. The paste was springy and it was slightly salty. The taste was slightly weird due to the ingredients in it.
