Stuffed TofuIt is not a common sight to see such familiar fare in vegetarian that look so much alike, like its meaty counterpart. Apparently, the bean curd has been stuffed with some soft filling like minced tofu with some mushroom too, to make it as a mock yong tau foo I suppose. It is quite soft and savory, after having braised in dark and rich gravy that goes well with a plate of white rice.
