Fresh red strawberry on a cheese cake looks attractive but sadly and quite disappointing that the strawberry is sour. The cream is fresh and creamy. You can taste a little butter and milk taste on the cream. Furthermore, they use some jelly to stick the strawberry and the cake together. The cake have 2 layer, one is cheese cake and one is sponge cake so it won't feel so squeeze when eat it.
