When we order Hokkien mee, the complement has to be a Cantonese style noodle. Hence, we ordered the stir-fried ying-yang Cantonese style. The egg gravy was done very well, and the mee hoon was fried to perfection, crunchy and not too oily. The koay teow used was also pan-fried beforehand, giving it a good aroma. Priced at RM24 per portion, it was a decent price to pay.
