Went to Po Ling Chinese Temple for a lunch. Took this stir- fried melon ( I am not sure the exact name of the melon). Taste wise, this melon is soft ( to my surprise because normally it will be little hard). They didn't remove the seed of the melon but the seeds are edible I supposed. It was stir-fried with black fungus, carrots etc Quite nice to eat alone or best to eat with rice.
