Other than the recommended succulent prawns, the Steamed Sea Bass is worth trying too. The sweetness of the fish meat is sure to wet your palate which is just purely steamed. To cater for some ‘freshwater’ smell of the fish, it is well marinated with generous lime juices and also parsley.
