Here comes the fish dish. The fish is also a must in the chinese banquet. I love the pomfret steamed in soy sauce. I think the pomfret was rather small for a table of ten. The pomfret was fresh and meaty. There were not many bones in the fish. The pomfret was steamed just nicely, not over steamed to become rough or under steamed. I also enjoed the soy sauce that was steamed with the fish. The soy sauce was very fragrant.
