Another healthy dim sum I like is this Steamed Glutinous Rice with Lotus Leave. Although the color of glutinous rice is the original white color but it still flavorful when eat together with the mushroom and beans & nuts inside of it. The glutinous rice is steamed well as it was soft and not too sticky. Besides, steamed with lotus leave is another credit too as you can taste the fragrant smell of lotus leave from the glutinous rice.
