The steamed fish here is just so-so to me. It is rather a simple dish where the fresh fish is being steamed along with chef's special ginger sauce. There's some small amount of tofu to go with, and personally I think the ginger scent it too strong and tend to overwhelm the entire dish. No doubt the meat of the fish is smooth, soft, and sweet, the sauce kinda overtake the whole thing in terms of the taste. Maybe it is just because I'm not a ginger person, maybe I would enjoy it if it is other typ
