Wifey ordered the spicy tonkotsu ramen. I was apprehensive for her, as she cannot really consume very spicy food. However, to our delight, the spiciness is virtually not there. The soup is very creamy and flavourful, full of pork bone taste. The ramen is perfectly cooked, slightly al dente. The pieces of chashu is tender and juicy. I thought that the egg looked more like hard boiled egg than the ones we normally find in ramen shops, with runny egg yolks. Nevertheless, the bowl of noodle was quit
