Spicy fuchuk. This fuchuk was wrapped in a roll and being cut to pieces. It was stirred fried with cucumbers too. Some pieces were burnt, which in this case I do not enjoyed the burnt parts, it was too black of color. The fuchuk was a bit hard though. The seasonings / gravy of this dish was quite nice, it was spicy yet not too salty. The inner parts of the fuchuk was soft despite the tough outer part.
