this dish came with chicken lightly sauteed' with garlic, fresh basil, tomato pesto and a hint of chipotle, according to the menu. for the pasta, they used linguine which looks similar to fettucine but slightly thinner in comparison.this dish was actually quite frightening >.< i thought it looked something like aglio olio with lots of olive oil and herbs but in fact they had used small chili (cili padi) in here that made the pasta so spicy!! after the first bite i kept gulping so much wa
this dish came with chicken lightly sauteed' with garlic, fresh basil, tomato pesto and a hint of chipotle, according to the menu. for the pasta, they used linguine which looks similar to fettucine but slightly thinner in comparison.this dish was actually quite frightening >.< i thought it looked something like aglio olio with lots of olive oil and herbs but in fact they had used small chili (cili padi) in here that made the pasta so spicy!! after the first bite i kept gulping so much water. i liked that they had this shaved asiago cheese layer on the pasta though, because it gives a slight cheesy texture but somehow the spiciness was so empowering it covered whatever taste left in the dish lol.
