One of my favourite item to order at Japanese restaurants is the soft shell crab. So I was looking forward to this dish when I saw it. The sushi was filled with soft shell crab, avocado and cucumber, then rolled in fish floss. The crab legs is left sticking out from the sushi like some garnish - it was quite crispy and as usual taste good. The avocado gave it a buttery feel and the fish floss gave it lots of flavour. But the dish was spoiled by the spicy mayo sauce which was drizzled over
