Since I love sushi as well as soft shell crab, it's only natural that I would order the Soft Shell Crab Sushi. It really looks amazing when they served it with the soft shell crab and red lettuce leaves jutting out from the sushi and ended up looking like a flower arrangement. The taste was also quite memorable. The crab was crispy and luckily not soft and soggy like some which would be a disaster. And it also tasted really savoury with the crab meat tasting as fresh as you can get and the

The taste was also quite memorable. The crab was crispy and luckily not soft and soggy like some which would be a disaster. And it also tasted really savoury with the crab meat tasting as fresh as you can get and the sweetness of the flesh is a plus. The sushi rice was very nicely packed and there is a light coating of fish roe on the sushi. Mayonnaise is drizzled on the plate for extra flavour. Excellent dish.
